Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom items, such as unique bag shapes or colors outside of our regular product line, are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank for additional processing time.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please email us at sales@sewdakine.com and send the item to P.O. Box 2081, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return amount. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping
Please mail returns to: P.O. Box 2081, Pahoa, Hawaii 96778.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
